Chelsea Craig is an operations leader and former U.S. Army Psychological Operations Specialist who builds scalable sales systems and transforms organizations. She has led multi-location teams, driven record KPIs, automated core processes, and produced playbooks still used today. As Operations Manager at Vintara Holdings, she aligns sales, finance, and leadership into a unified, data-driven operating system specializing in process design, revenue enablement, and organizational performance.
Adan Miranda is the co-founder of E&A Construction, a leading construction and facilities-maintenance firm in Hendersonville, NC. A licensed carpenter with over 40 years of experience, he brings deep technical expertise and craftsmanship to every project. Adan oversees construction and maintenance operations and ensures top-quality delivery. Under his leadership, E&A has grown significantly and serves as Vintara Holdings’ exclusive construction and property management firm.
Edgar Miranda is the co-founder of E&A Construction, a leading construction and facilities-maintenance firm in Hendersonville, NC. With a commitment to quality craftsmanship and dependable service, he has guided the company’s growth and hands-on operations. Edgar oversees E&A’s role as Vintara Holdings’ exclusive construction and property management firm, ensuring exceptional performance across extensive industrial and commercial facilities throughout Western North Carolina and supporting long term operational reliability.
